Open Hardware Monitor is a free, open-source program, enabling you to monitor the temperature of your computer's sensors, as well as fan speeds, CPU clock frequency, and voltages. All of this is streamlined through a very simple interface.
You won't need to install Open Hardware Monitor to use it, but you will need to activate an option to set it up so it starts up with Windows. From inside the options tab you can also change units to measure the temperature or the registration interval of your sensors. Besides, if you want to change the name of any component, all you have to do is right click on it and you can comfortably edit it from there.
